Which style would suit you?
 

Hatha Yoga - Movement linked with breathing. Postures that work to develop tone, flexibility, strength and balance within the body. After a Hatha class you will feel well, positive and relaxed.

 

Sunday Hatha - Chill out and relaxing sunday class designed for whole body and everybody

 

Sun Power - An energising class with dynamic sequences. Great to enhance body tone, strength, flexibility and general level of fitness.

 

Core - Conditioning focused on the abdominals. Specific postures to encourage tone and nourishment of internal organs. You'll feel energised and confident after this class - focused for the rest of the afternoon.

 

Fitness Yoga - A physcial Yoga class that will chasllenge cardiovascular fitness. A dynamic warm up with specific yoga postures to develop strength and tone in arms, legs and core. finishing with a well earned rest with relaxation.

 

Childrens - A class that encourages children to look after themselves and to be confident. Based on a creative theme and linked into childrens social learning. Children feel invigorated and happy to be themselves - full of energy and yet chilled out. Using music, art, story telling and creative Yogic games. Good fun :-)

 

BALANCE - Programme written based on the Philosophy of Yoga. Integrated Hatha with a dynamic phase and contemplation of Yamas and Niyamas - principles of a healthy lifestyle. You will be aware of the principles behind your yoga practice and connected to both your body and mind.

 

Pilates - A great class for strength and stability. Whole body conditioning with special attention to developing the core of your body. You'll feel toned, strong and fully aligned after this great class.

 

All teachers have their own special talents and ways of teaching the different forms of Yoga - the best thing to do is exepreince the class / teacher and style for yourself. :-)
