Which style would suit you?
 

Hatha Yoga  - Movement linked to breath. Postures that work to develop tone, flexibility, strength and balance within the body. After a Hatha class you will feel well, positive and cleansed & relaxed.

 

Sunday Hatha - Chilled out and relaxing Sunday class designed to both stimulate and relax your body and mind. Perfect time out!

 

Flow and Form - An energising class with flowing sequences and postures combined with healthy alignment instruction to help you feel more flexible, strong and balanced in both body and mind. Classes suitable for all types of ability, from those new to yoga, to the more experienced practitioner. 

 

Hatha and Core - A class that combines Hatha Yoga with conditioning, focused on the abdominals. Specific postures to encourage tone and nourishment of internal organs. You'll feel energised and confident after this class - positive and focused for the rest of the day.

 

Hatha and Posture Awareness - A popular class that explores how Hatha yoga directly benefits different parts of your body to improve your health, fitness and mental relaxation. You will feel taller, more confident, and have a general sense of wellbeing after this class.

 

Fitness Yoga - A physicial Yoga practice that will combine cardiovascular fitness through jogging/walking in the open air, with focus on the breath and good posture alignment  The Studio will be open to members to warm up beforehand and to share  stretching postures in cool down afterwards.

 

Family Yoga -  A class that invites you to share yoga with your children. Experiencing yoga

 encourages children to look after themselves and to be confident. Based on a creative theme and linked into childrens' social learning. Children feel invigorated and happy to be themselves - full of energy and yet chilled out. Using music, art, story telling and creative Yogic games. Good fun.

 

BALANCE - The 'BALANCE' programme was written based on the Philosophy of Yoga, integrating Hatha and Vinyasa flow with a dynamic phase and the overall contemplation of Yamas and Niyamas - principles of a healthy lifestyle. You will be aware of the principles behind your yoga practice and be connected to both your body and mind.

 

Pilates - A great class for strength and stability. Whole body conditioning with special attention to developing the core of your body. You'll feel toned, strong and fully aligned after this great class.

 

All teachers have their own special talents and ways of teaching the different forms of Yoga - the best thing to do is experience the class / teacher and style for yourself.  For new members we have a special taster offer of four classes for £20.
