Lisa trained at the College of Practical Homeopathy in London, one of the leading colleges at the forefront of the latest methods to help support the complex health issues of the 21st Century.  Lisa began her practice in London during 2006 before moving to Archway House Natural Health Centre in Market Harborough in 2007 and is a registered member of the Society of Homeopaths

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a very gentle and safe system of holistic medicine that recognises the importance of our individual responses to illness.  Based on the principle that the human body has a life force that is always striving for equilibrium, the homeopath sees symptoms as vital messages or warnings about our overall health and wellbeing that need to be listened to.

Holistic medicine emphasises the need to look at the whole person, the physical, nutritional, environmental and emotional aspects of our being are taken into account when analysing the case.  Carefully chosen homeopathic remedies are prescribed with the aim of helping your body to heal gently, safely and naturally.

Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, non-addictive and therefore suitable for everyone to use at any point in their life.

Homeopathy can be used for:

  • Recurring health issues that are not responding to conventional medicine

  • Alongside conventional medicine to support the organs of the body, help eliminate toxins and lessen side effects

  • During pregnancy, labour and post natal recovery - homeopathy is safe for Mother and Baby

  • Children - remedies help to build resilience against further illness by strengthening the constitution

  • Acute illnesses such as colds, coughs, stomach upsets, toothache, headaches and injuries as an alternative to over-the-counter medicine

  • To support the body during times of physical or emotional stress

Amelia Faye MAR

                       Reflexologist

Amelia trained with the Philip Salmon School of Reflexology in 2003 and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists. As a reiki practitioner for ten years and a qualified yoga teacher alongside with reflexology, Amelia is passionate about whole health for the whole person.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a holistic non-invasive treatment by applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet that relate to different areas and organs of the body. When working on these points a reflexologist can release blockages and restore a free flow of energy to the whole body. Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body creates a state of imbalance and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium and encourage healing. So whether you have a specific condition, a general recurring complaint or simply need some time out to unwind and de-stress, reflexology can offer you some wonderful benefits.
